No animal testing is done using the glitters.
As for the vegan question- we have been asked this a few times and we have no understanding of how plastic can or cannot be vegan. Please feel free to use the provided MSDS Sheets to see if the ingredients meet your standards. Section #3 is usually where the ingredients are listed out. MSDS sheets can be found in the bullet point section of the description of each glitter.
