If you receive an e-mail copy of your order right after placing it then your order went through. If you do not receive one within minutes, then chances are that it did not go through properly or your confirmation got caught in your SPAM filter. If no email confirmation shows up, you might go back to our site and see if you still have items in your shopping cart. Our site will save the contents of a shopping cart for up to two weeks.
The other reason that your order confirmation did not arrive is often due to a typo on your email.
What to do? We can tell you what not to do. Please do not send us an email that only says this "I did not get my confirmation email". We cannot tell you how many customers do this. The problem is that the only information we have is your email address from that email. Most likely your order has a typo on your email, so there is nothing we can do to find your order. Instead please give us your name and even your address is helpful. With all that information we should be able to pull your order up and see if there is something wrong with your email address.
There is a third thing you can do if it is after Customer Support hours. You can check with your bank or PayPal account to see if any payment went through to us. If no payment went through, then your order was not completed.
